Most likely drop location is the Stormriven Pylon Bosses since that is where many of the current high level seeds drop from. Of course KI could just as likely have decided to not put them on any drops. If you have crowns, Evil Magma Peas are great, if not, Prickly Bear, Couch Potatoes. Deadly Helephant Ears, and several other plants give rank 8 or 9 snacks. The earliest you can obtain Evil Magma Peas (EMPs) as a drop is in Avalon. I don't recommend buying them in the crown shop but, it is an option to obtain some earlier. What I do recommend is farming the splithoof barbarians in Savarstaad Pass, Grizzleheim for Couch Potatoes (CPs).
